Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 4th day of April, 1990, at 9:00, at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Court-house, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, Farm-ington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Foster Mortgage Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Grant L. Morris and Karen H. Morris, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded January 30, 1989 as Entry No. 848759, in Book 1276, at Page 1104, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of United Savings Bank, a Utah Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded April 4, 1990, as Entry No. 876374, in Book 1325, at Page 4, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 283, VAE VIEW NO. 4, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Property Address: 2031 Clyde Street, Layton, Utah 84041 Record Title Holder: Grant L. Morris and Karen H. Morris for the purpose ofpaying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
