Show Petitions should not be granted. All persons per-sons interested may appear at such hearing hear-ing and show cause in writing why said Petitions should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause as aforesaid shall be deemed an assent to the granting of the Petitions. EUBANK, Secretary of Board of Directors of Bountiful Water Subconservancy District Published in the Davis County Clipper First publication May 12, 1992 Last publication May 26, 1992 Issue No. 27 C-160 NOTICE OF THE FILING OF CLASS D PETITIONS FOR ALLOTMENT OF WATER BY BOUNTIFUL WATER SUBCONSERVANCY SUB-CONSERVANCY DISTRICT All persons interested will please take notice that there have been filed with the Board of Directors of Bountiful Water Subconservancy District two Class D Petitions applying for an allotment allot-ment of Weber Basin Project Water by the following landowners owning land in Section 29 and 32, Township 2 North, Nor-th, Range 1 East, in Davis County Utah, said lands lying within the Bountiful Water Subconservancy District. Copies of the Petitions containing the descriptions descrip-tions of the tracts and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the District, 385 West 500 South, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah, for public inspection. The names of the petitioners and the amounts of water in acre-feet applied for are as follows: Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 1 East: Weber Basin Water Conservancy District 4.7 Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 1 East: Bountiful City Corporation 1.0 The Board of Directors of the District will meet in public session at its office, 385 West 500 South, Bountiful, Utah, at 8:00 A.M. on June 3, 1992, to consider such Petitions and any and all objections objec-tions that may be presented in writing by any person showing cause why said |
