Show Petitions should not be granted. All persons per-sons interested may appear at such hearing hear-ing and show cause in writing why said Petitions should not be granted. Failure of any person to show cause as aforesaid shall be deemed an assent to the granting of the Petitions. Copies of the Petitions containing the descriptions descrip-tions of the tracts and the terms and conditions under which the water is petitioned are on file in the office of the District, 385 West 500 South, Bountiful, Boun-tiful, Utah, for public inspection. The names of the petitioners and the amounts of water in acre-feet applied for are as follows: Section 29, Township 2 North, Range 1 East: Weber Basin Water Conservancy District 4.7 Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 1 East: Bountiful City Corporation 1.0 The Board of Directors of the District will meet in public session at its office, 385 West 500 South, Bountiful, Utah, at 8:00 A.M. on June 3, 1992, to consider such Petitions and any and all objections objec-tions that may be presented in writing by any person showing cause why said |
