Show Dutch educators visit MPJH By KELLEY FREDRICKSON Student Reporter Two gentlemen representing the Dutch government visited Mueller Park Junior High on Oct 25. They chose Mueller Park after having met one of our teachers at a San Francisco conference. Their interest was Jo look at the scheduling, facility facili-ty and valuation systems. The two men will be staying in the Salt Lake area for three days beginning a three-week United States educational tour. Commenting Commen-ting on the differences between our school and theirs, they noted that school lunch (believe it or not) is superior to their lunch system, we are more organized and facilities are much better. Their main observation was how "free" the students were and how hard teachers work in their jobs. The educators were also very impressed im-pressed with Mueller Park administration, ad-ministration, especially Mrs. Muna, for all the programs she has initiated. |
