Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 3rd day of January, Janu-ary, 1989, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by STANDARD FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by RONALD M. PETERSON PETER-SON and ROMA LEE PETERSON, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded January 31, 1984 as Entry No. 663322, in Book 976, at Page 1291 , of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of COLWELL FINANCIAL CORPORATION, CORPOR-ATION, a Texas Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August Au-gust 16, 1988, as Entry No. 833775, in Book 1250, at Page 945, of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 204, WESTWOOD ESTATES NO. 4 SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Property Address: 1183 West 75 South, Clearfield, Utah 84015 Record Title Holder: MARK and SHELLY KERSHAW for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as is in said note and by law provided.
