Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That DALE T. BROWNING is Substitute Substi-tute Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated the 1 1th day of March, 1985, executed ex-ecuted by Dan C. Gardner and Nancy Gardner, his wife, as Trustors, recorded re-corded in Book 1029 at Page 248 as Entry No. 698433 of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, on the 2nd day of April, 1985, describing land therein as follows: PARCEL 1: Beginning at a point on the West line of 2000 West Street 33.10 feet South 0 degrees 09'42" West along the Section line and 33.00 feet West from the Northeast corner of the Southeast South-east Quarter of Section 9, Township Town-ship 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Syracuse, and running thence South 0 degrees 09'42" West 100.00 feet along said West line of 2000 West Street; thence West 1 16.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 09'42" East 100.00 feet; thence East 116.00 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point on the West line of 2000 West Street 133.10 feet South 0 degrees 09'42" West along the Section line and 33.00 feet West from the Northeast corner of the Southeast South-east Quarter of Section 9, Township Town-ship 4 North, Range 2 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of f j Syracuse, and running thence South 0 degrees 09'42" West 100.00 feet along said West line of 2000 West Street; thence West 1 16.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 09'42" East 100.00 feet; thence East 116.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said obligation including a Note for the principal sum of $10,000.00. A breach of, and default in, the obligations obli-gations for which such Deed is security has occurred in that the Trustors have failed to pay the Note when the same was due. By reason of such default, the Be-. Be-. neficiary under such Deed has executed ex-ecuted and delivered to said Substitute Trustee a written declaration of default and demand for sale, and has deposited with said Trustee such deed and all documents evidencing obligations se-, cured thereby immediately due and: payable and has elected and does , hereby elect to cause the trust property ' to be sold to satisfy the obligations secured se-cured thereby.
