Findlay, CPA Executive Director Published in the Davis County Clipper on Oct. 12 and Nov. 9, 1988 Issue No. 36 C-641 NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC COMBINED PUBLIC HEARING AND AVAILABILITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY On the Proposed Widening and Resurfacing Resur-facing of State Route 108 (Antelope Drive) From Interstate Route 15 to Gregory Street In Davis County Project No. M-2008(l) The Utah Department of Transportation Transporta-tion herewith advises all interested persons per-sons or groups that it proposes to widen and resurface approximately .51 miles of State Highway 108 also known as Antelope Drive. The project will include in-clude widening the existing road to four traffic lanes with a shoulder, center median me-dian lane, curb and gutter and sidewalk in selected areas. The governing officials offi-cials of Davis County and Layton City have been advised of this project. The public is herewith advised that an official Public Hearing conducted by the Utah Department of Transportation Transporta-tion to discuss the Environmental Assessment prepared for this project and the location and design features of the proposed improvements will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November Novem-ber 15, 1988 at the Layton City Hall Conference Room, 437 North Wasatch Drive in Layton, Utah. Information to be presented at the hearing will include a discussion of the location alternatives considered. Appropriate illustrative materials will be available for inspection. During the hearing, verbal and-or written testimony testi-mony pertaining to the features of the proposed project or to its social, economic eco-nomic and environmental ettects will be received from all interested persons or groups. Any person or group unable to attend the public hearing, but wishing to give testimony pertinent to the aforementioned aforemen-tioned project, may do so in writing. This testimony should be directed to the Utah Transportation Commission and mailed to the Utah Department of Transportation, Attention: James E. Johnston, Community Involvement Officer, 4501 South 2700 West, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84119-5998. For inclusion in-clusion in the official transcript of the public hearing proceedings, letters must be postmarked no later than midnight mid-night November 25, 1988.
