Arms adviser to be at U Mr. Ralph Stuart Smith, deputy public affairs adviser for the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, will be on campus Friday morning. Recently returning from the SALT talks, Mr. Smith will be discussing the results of those talks with Dr. Sam Rich's international in-ternational relations class at 10:20 a.m. in Business Lecture 203. He will also discuss those results at "Coffee and Politics" at 11 a.m. in OSII 255 (the Hinckley Caucus Room). All interested persons are invited to both discussions. Mr. Smith has had a distinguished career in public service. He has served with the foreign service in Greece and Brussels, with the U.S. Information In-formation Service in France, at the U.S. Embassy in Paris and as public affairs officer in Elisabeth-ville, Elisabeth-ville, Congo. Mr. Smith has been assigned to the United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency since 19fifi.
