Show Free U Slated The student sponsored Free University Uni-versity of Utah is about to begin its first quarter of activity. The project is designed to bring interested students and faculty together to-gether in an atmosphere "free of the familiar classroom restraints," according to Lee Burnham, ASUU administrative assistant in charge of the project. Courses offered in the Free University Uni-versity will cover topics not handled in conventional courses A description of fall classes as well as fall quarter reigstration forms will be distributed on campus cam-pus Sept. 27, Burnham said. An application form 13 also found on page 4 of today's Chronicle. Deadline for registration is Sept. 29. Courses to be offered include: Man in Tomorrow's World; A student's stu-dent's Eyeview of Vietnam; What Present Day Theologians are Thinking; Think-ing; Language in Proper Perspective; Perspec-tive; An Interdisciplinary Approach to Peace; A History of Opposition to War in America; America's Foreign For-eign Policy, Political and Economic; (Continued on Page 4) Fill In And Send Your Free University Coupon Today for the success of the project. The Free University is a pilot project of ASUU .President John Kesler. At present an advisory committee oversees the project. Committee members are: Lee Burnham, Dean Sydney Angleman, Dean Alfred Cave, Tom Cloyd, Dean Virginia Frobes, Steve Grow, Timme Helzer, John Kesler, Dr. Charles Monson, Jr., Stan Smith and Dr. Calvin Taylor.
