Show Bennion Foundation Program Features A Cappella Choir, Education Lecture Activities in Higher Education After the Second World War" and "You and the Draft" The tenth annual Milton Bennion Ben-nion Memorial Foundation pro-gram pro-gram tonight at 8:00 includes selections by the A Cappella Choir and a lecture by Dr. James E. Russell, secretary of the educational policies commission, commis-sion, Washington, D.C. THE FOUNDATION program is free and the public is invited. The program, held in the Union Ballroom, starts with four selections selec-tions by the A Capella Choir under the direction of Dr. Newell B- Weight They are "Qui Tollis" by Antonio Lotto, "Lost Youth" from Five Songs in Opus 4 by Brahms, "Cherubim Hymn" by Rachmaninoff and "Reflection" by Houstin Bright, THE SPEAKER, Dr. E Russell, is secretary of the educational policies commission, composed of 20 leading educators who prepare pre-pare and disseminate policy statements concerning the conduct con-duct of education. This organization organi-zation is jointly sponsored by the National Education Association Associa-tion (NEA) and the American Association of School Administrations Adminis-trations (ASAA). Twelve members are chosen at large by the executive committees commit-tees of the two sponsoring organizations. or-ganizations. Four are selected by the NEA Department of Classroom Class-room Teachers, Higher Education, Educa-tion, Eelemenatry School Principals. Princi-pals. The four ex officio members mem-bers are the NEA and the AASA presidents and executive secretaries. secre-taries. AS SECRETARY, Dr Russell prepares statements for commission commis-sion study, directs surveys, manages man-ages meetings and arranges public pub-lic presentation of the commission's commis-sion's policy proposals.
