Show INSTALLATION of officers for the American Legion Auxiliary Aux-iliary wa.s held last Monday opening in St. Bridget's recreation recrea-tion hall. District President Alta Yard-ley Yard-ley of Panguiteh wa.s the Installing In-stalling officer. She was accompanied ac-companied to Milford by District Dist-rict Vice President Mrs. Janiall Fairer of Beaver. Installed in office were Mrs. Ida Smith, president; Patricia Williams, first vice president; Mary Long, second vice president; presi-dent; Jerry Kirk, treasurer; Dorothy Grimshaw, secretary; Magdalena White, chaplain; Betty Davis, segeant at arms; Gloria .Slinkerd, historian, and Ethel Smith, welfare chairman. At the business meeting, the final arrang merits were made 'for participation in the 4i)ers. Poppl Chairman Patricia Williams Wil-liams reported $100.04 was received from sale of poppies on May 27th. Mrs. Elnore Murdoek and Mrs. Williams were hostesses for the evening. I |
