Joe Duggan of Salt Lake is visiting his mother and grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. Ruth Duggan and Mrs. Iona Brown. He is here 1 for a short visit before enrolling J at the University of Utah. guests of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Gillins Tuesday evening. Others present were Mr. and Mrs. Moroni Mo-roni Myers, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McKnight, Mr. and Mrs. Lorraine Lor-raine Gillins. Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Burnham and son Terry of Salt Lake have been visiting in South Mil-ford Mil-ford and Minersville last weekend. week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Rogers and son Larry were called to Mil ford because of the serious illness ill-ness of Jay's mother, Mrs. Roy Rogers. They also spent a night at Minersville with Mrs Rogers' mother, Mrs. Laura Sherwood, who is also ill. Thirty members of the Com munity Club met Saturday night at Griffiths' Springs, where they enjoyed a picnic. Mr. and Mrs. Lew Stewart and daughter Nedra spent three days fishing at Boulder, Utah, last Sunday, Monday and Tues- Mr. and Mrs. Don Elmer and son motored to Detroit to drive ' home in a new Buick .purchased thru the B & M Buick Sales of . Milford. They will visit friends j and relatives en route home. I I Mrs. Mary D. Fisher of Min-' ersville is visiting at the home i of her son and daughter-in-law, ' Mr. and Mrs. Parley B. Fisher Jack Stahl, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Stahl, was accidentally accident-ally shot thru the arm while riding a tractor the first part of the week. Mrs. Lewis J. Stewart is vis iting at the home of G. S. Cowan at Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Horn and children of California are visit ing at the home of Mr. and Mrs Jess McKnight. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Messinger of Compton, Cal., are visiting friends and relatives in Beaver County. They were dinne |
