Show Ann McCulley, Milford High i graduate of last spring, will en- j roll at the B Y U in Provo for the fall quarter. Mrs. G. N. Abbott of Triton. Ariz., has been visiting at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Principal and Mrs. Max j G. Abbott. j Mr. and Mrs. G. W. White' enjoyed a trip last week-end to j Logandale, Nev., with Mr. and i Mrs. C. L. Ford. They also vis-1 ited at Lake Mead, Caliente, ! and in Parowan were guests of I Mr. and Mrs. Charles Husband. ! Mr. and Mrs. Perry Olsen t and son spent their vacation in i Ephraim, returning last Sunday. Mrs. James Mayer is at home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theman Walker. She has been ! Mr. and Mrs. Don Gleason are on their two-week vacation. Sunday guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Barton were Mr. and Mrs. Nels Rosene of Los Angeles; Mrs. Elizabeth Maxwell of Glendale, Utah, and Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Lund and two children of Paragonah. Mr, and Mrs. Del Kesler were in Salt Lake recently. Mr. Kesler has returned to Milford.. While Mrs. Kesler remained for a more extendd visit . Mr. Benjamin Cameron of St. George has been visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Worthen. Mrs. Alice Taylor ad two daughters of Richmond, Va., were visitors at the home of Mrs. Alice Peckham. Also visiting vis-iting Mrs. Peckham were Miss Donetta Fleming and Mr. and Mrs. B. J. Elam of Albuquerque, New Mexico. The family gath ering, which included Mrs. Joe Moore of Lund, included 1 persons. Mr. and Mrs. William Cochrane Coch-rane have returned from a four week vacation trip to California where they visited their daugh ter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Cheatham. While there the Cochranes welcomed their second granddaughter, a 7 lb 1 oz little Miss named Helen Jean, who was born to Mr. and Mrs. Cheatham on August 28th. with her husband at Laurel, Md., where he has been taking j basic training at an army camp, j Mr. Mayer will be in Milford on furlough Monday. i Mrs. Audrey Skillicorn and two children will be in Salt ! Lake this week-end. j I Mr. ands Mrs. Harold Fitch and family are now living in Lynndyl. Mr. and Mrs. Robert Davis and twin sons, Norman and Nolan, of Provo, were here over the week-end visiting their parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Turner and Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ferguson. Judge and Mrs. O. C. Koch visited in Salt Lake over the week-end, at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr and Mrs. J. S. Hankins. Judge and Mrs. Koch drove to the Capitol Cap-itol City via Delta and Tooele, and report the road in excel lent condition, with the route being now all paVed north of Deseret. Recent visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Barton were Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Mc-Gookin Mc-Gookin and son, of Honolulu-Mr. Honolulu-Mr. 'and Mrs. Murl H. Gibson and two daughters and Mrs. Merle Spears and two children of Cedar City. Mrs. Frances Jefferson is enjoying en-joying a well earned vacation in the northern part of the state. She was accompanied to Salt Lake by Mrs. Ross Baxter. After visiting the State Fair and enjoying en-joying Holiday On Ice, Mrs. Baxter left for a visit with friends and relatives in Rawlins Wyo. I |
