Show I The Jim Griffiths have purchased pur-chased the former Gerald Hickman Hick-man home, with Gene Kirk I handling the negotiations. Mr. , Kirk also sold the Colburn j home to Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Mclntyre. Mr. and Mrs. O. C. Koch spent the week-end in Richfield I with their son-in-law and daughter and family, returning j home Tuesday evening. Mr. and Mrs. Howard W. Cook and daughter Betty of I South Milford motored over to Richfield Sunday to spend the day with Mrs. Cook's sister and family, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd B. Hansen. Mr. and Mrs. David Reese, Norma and Bill were in Provo Sunday and Monday, where 'hey attended Commencement exereifes at BY U. Clifton Reese was graduated from the University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Colloge of F.ducat'on. On Sunday evening eve-ning the Reeses attended the Baccalaureate services, which were held in the new field house, and on Monday morning the graduation exercises, with President Wilkinson conferring the degrees on the graduates. . Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Hollis of Ogden were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Hollis over the Memorial holidays. The Shirl W. Nichols family spent a week in Salt Lake and Tabiona visiting;. Blaine and Max stayed in Salt Lake with their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willard Nichols . Ronnie Banks, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Banks, is in Salt Lake with his grandmother, Mrs. Eva Bowman. Mrs. Kelly Carson of Salt Lake was in Milford over the week-end, visiting at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stewart. Thorpe Waddngham of Washington, Washi-ngton, D. C, former Milford resident, is spending a few days greeting old friends here. Ira Daniels and Herbert Bobo of Los Angeles, Potato Marketing Company officials, are in Milford for a few days. j Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dean attended the funeral of their nephew, John Davis, in Beaver Wednesday. Mrs. Melvin Edwards !of Beaver and Mrs. Thurland D. Sly were in Cedar City Tuesday and Wednesday. |
