Show FIRST WARD Primary News By ALMA SLY Saturday, May 26th, Blazer teacher Gilva Myers and the following boys met at the church at 5 a. m. for an Early B rd breakfast: Wayne Hardy, Blaine Nichols, Darwin Chris-tonen, Chris-tonen, Leslie Barton, Craig Baxter, and David Killam. They went to Griffiths Springs, a Kfd their breakfast and h ked back to town by 9 a. m. i i .iiiary will be held Thursday Thurs-day mornings at 10:30. All ch dren 4 to 12 inclusive are cord.a.ily invited. Sunday, May 27th,' Seagull graduation was held in the First Ward. There were eight girls graduating: Sally Edwards, Lunette Bracken, Marion Anderson, An-derson, Judy Baxter, Arlene Tanner, Elaine Nelson, Janet Nay, and Connie Labrum. A very interesting program was given by the girls. Each one participated. Teacher Alma Sly presented the girls to President Pres-ident Edna Nichols, who presented pre-sented them to M I A President Presi-dent Afton Nielson. Bishop Tuttle gave the girls a quiz on the Articles of Faith. |
