Show Doin'sot tbe Seconb Marb Mrs. Beth Fisher Reporter Cadyle Gronning, Bishop Speaking in Sacrament meeting on June 3, Brother and Sister J. Kenneth Munk reported their missionary experiences to members of the Second "Ward. The Munks have just returned from filling six-month missions in the California Mission. Both bore strong testimonies during their remarks. Sister Munk also told a number of their mission experiences and Elder Munk gave a talk about the Gospel. Earlier in the evening they spoke at J1. . T71 1 TTT T 1 A. the First Ward meeting. The Mutual outing of May 29 was held at the Foutz spring up in the hills above the old Foutz 'ace. Some 55 persons partook par-took of the evening's entertain-. entertain-. , i third Tuesdays the classes will meet individually in homes, or wherever they desire. The last Tuesday of each month will b? a recreation night. On that night all will meet at the church and go from there to whatever place has been chosen for the evening's entertainment. Everyone Ev-eryone 12 years of age or older is invited to come to Mutual. Young David Chamberlain was blessed by his father in Sacrament meeting last Sunday evening. He is the son of Charles Howard and Lena Griffiths Grif-fiths Chamberlain. George C. Arriving before dark the young people went "exploring" until time for the bonfire and weiner roast. Afterwards games were played and Bishop Gron-ning Gron-ning led the group in some singing. sing-ing. All who were there had a good time and are looking forward for-ward to more summer MIA activities. Last Tuesday evening the officers of-ficers and teachers of the Mutual Mu-tual met in their regular prayer meeting and d'scussed plans for the summer MIA program. It was decided to hold Mutual at the church on the first Tuesday of each month. The officers and teachers will meet at 7:30 p. m. and Mutual will follow at 8 p. m. On the second and |
