Show GAME COMMISSION EXPLA1NES RULES APPLYING TO NEW VISIBLE LICENSES Numerous inquiries have reached the State Fish and Game Commission offices regarding various questions concerning the new 1951 visible fish and game: licenses. The following information was issued by the department to clarify questions that may be brought to the attention of the Department: Anyone buying a resident license must have resided in the . state for three months or longer. j Any resident under 12 years of age may fish without a license. Any resident who is 12 years of age and under 16 must pay $1 for a fishing stamp plus $1 for his new visible license and holder. Any resident 16 to 65 years of age (inclusive) must pay $1 for his visible license number and holder no matter what type' of license he buys. This applies without exception. Any resident, blind or over 65, upon payment of 5c shall receive a fishing stamp. For the visible license number and container there is no charge for this group. This group of visible vis-ible license number holders is dentified by a green card. Anyone Any-one eligible for this license must give written application on a form which all license agents possess. New visible licenses must be worn on an outer garment in a conspicuous manner, and the prefixed letter before each license li-cense number must also be written across the stamps for validation of same.
