Gunn, Beaver City, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer Application for Extension Exten-sion of Time in which to Resume Use of Water, designated as Application Ap-plication for Extension No. 40; 3 sec. ft. of water under a right awarded to George H. Stewart in Beaver River Decree has been diverted from Big Canyon Spring, tributary to Beaver River at a point N. 85 deg. 50 min. W. 8800 ft. from WV4 Cor. Sec. 18, T29S, R8W, SLB&M, and used from April 1 to Oct. I 31 to irrigate 78 acres of land i embraced in EV&NWV4 said Sec. 18, and for stock watering purposes. pur-poses. The water was last used June, 1945, and an extension I of time to and including July 1, 1953, in which to resume is requested. re-quested. Protests resisting the granting of the foregoing application with reason therefor, must be made in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Cap-itol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before June 24, 1950.
