DISPLAYS WORK Mrs. Crystal Poulson, Springville artist, will have 30 paintings and two crushed glass plaques, above, at a month-long one-man show at American Fork. One-man show being held by local artist Mrs. Crystal Poulson, well-known well-known Springville artist, will be featured at special invitation, invita-tion, in a one-man art exhibit at the American Fork Art Gallery, Gal-lery, beginning Saturday, June 1, and continuing through the month, it was announced today. to-day. She will have 30 oil paintings paint-ings and two outstanding crushed glass plaques on display. dis-play. The exhibiting artists will be honored with a reception Sunday, Sun-day, June 2, from 3 until 6 p.m. at the gallery, to which friends are invited. The gallery is located at 31 Church Street. Mrs. Poulson has painted for a number of years and her work has hung in numerous exhibits throughout the state. She has continued her study through the years at the Utah Technical College and BYTJ. ' She is a former resident of Mt. Pleasant. Her oil painting "Summer Grandeur" received first place in the 1966 exhibit of Utah Technicacl College, Provo. This award winning painting was purchased by the college for their permanent collection. i The exhibit is free and the public is urged to view it. |
