Show Big game board sets annual public meeting dates in areas Utah's Board of Big Game Control has announced the 'i dates of their annual public I meeting held in various cities '; of the state to obtain informa-j informa-j tion from the public before es-I es-I tablishing the fall big game hunts. The board is composed of i five men: a sportsman, a wool i grower ,a catttleman, the U.S. I Forest Service representing all federal lands, and the Division of Fish and Game. This board's responsibility is to set the annual an-nual hunting regulations on big game animals in Utah. These five men must take the recommendations presented to them along with all of the technical data on each species of big game animal and the range conditions and then set the hunting seasons. The public's opportunity to present their information and recommendations to the board will be in these public meetings this June. Board members will hold the first public meeting June 24, in the Fish and Game Building in Cedar City, then move to the American Legion Hall in Salina on June 25. They will meet June 26, in Price at the Carbon County Court House, June 27 in Salt Lake City and the Fish and Game office and conclude the public meetings in Logan on June 28, at the Cache Chamber of Commerce Building. Meeting time for all public meetings will be 8:00 p.m. There are no experts like the men who have no responsibilities. responsibili-ties. They apparently know all the answers. Tele vision will not bring the word to your doorstep. It will bring that part of the world which someone else wishes you to see.
