Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON DANCE ORDINANCE The Springville City Council has been requested to amend the city ordinance relating to those public dances operated tor gam or prorit by eliminating; eliminat-ing; from the existing ordinance a provision which now excludes persons over eighteen years of ,age from those dances where persons under the age of eighteen eigh-teen years are admitted, by eliminating provisions which now prohibit persons dressed in soiled or dirty clothes, or who are wearing as outer clothing shorts of any kind or tee-shirts, or sandals or tennis ten-nis shoes, or who are barefoot or in stocking feet from attending at-tending those dances where persons under the age of eighteen eigh-teen years are admitted and by providing an annual license fee of $25.00 A public hearing will be held by the Springville City Council Coun-cil at the Springville Civic Center, 50 South Main Street, Springville, Utah, at 8:00 p.m. on March 11, 1968, at which time all interested persons may attend and be heard for or against the proposed amendments amend-ments and any of the matters relating to said ordinance.
