Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer En-gineer to change water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations are SLB&M. a-5367, Mary E. Bell Alle-man, Alle-man, 159 W. 4th South, Springville, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion, place and nature of use of .045 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Underground Water Claim No. 22073 (51-2807). The water has been diverted from a 2-in. well at a point N. 1815 ft. and W. 2112 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 6, T8S, R3E, and used for domestic domes-tic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 10 cattle and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 10 acs., but limited to sole supply of 5 acs. All uses in NWSE1 and SWSEi, said Sec. 6. Hereafter, .045 sec.-ft. of water wa-ter is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 100-500 ft. deep at a point S 449.01 ft. and E. 2315.35 ft. from W Cor. Sec. 32, T7S, R3E, to be used for domestic purposes of one family, fam-ily, stockwatering of various small animals within a chil-drens chil-drens zoo, not to exceed 3.28 ac.-ft. annually, and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for irrigation of 4 acs. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be submitted sub-mitted in duplicate to the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Cap-itol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before February 10, 1968.
