Presi-dent. She was introduced by Rea Straw. Interesting comment com-ment was made following the review by Julia Sumsion, who told of the lovely home of Salinger's Sal-inger's brother, Richard Salinger, Salin-ger, in which she had stayed while visiting her son, Calvin, during the holidays in Campaign Cam-paign 111. Richard Salinger is a noted scientist at the University Uni-versity of Illinois, where Calvin Cal-vin made his acquaintance and he invited Calvin and his wife and family to stay in his home while he and his family traveled trav-eled to the South Sea Islands. President Belva Edwards, presided at the meeting. Next meeting of the club is Tuesday, Tues-day, January 23, at the home of Mrs. F. C. Packard with Mrs. G. Lowry Anderson to give the program. |
