Show Funeral services held for Ainer Johnson Funeral services were .conducted .con-ducted Tuesday at noon, at the Wheeler Mortuary for Einer W. Johnson, 69, Springville, who died Saturday, January 6, 1968, at an Orem rest home. Burial was in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery. Mr. Johnson was born Jan. 6, 1899, at Spanish Fork, to Marcus V. and Gudridur Wulff-son Wulff-son Johnson. He married Thora Miner of Springville, Oct. 21, 1921, at Provo. They were later la-ter divorced. Mr. Johnson lived in Martinez, Marti-nez, Calif., where he was employed em-ployed by the Shell Oil Co. While in California, he was an active member of the SPEB-SQSA SPEB-SQSA and was a member of the International Chorus Champions, who won second place in a chorus contest In Milwaukee, Wis., in 1959. The chorus members were also district dis-trict champions in 1956. Mr. Johnson returned to Springville in 1960, and became be-came a member of the local SPEBSQSA. He also joined the Senior Citizens. Survivors include one son, Marcus Johnson, Salt Lake City, formerly of Springville; two grandchildren and one sister. |
