Approximately a hundred relatives, many from out of town and also from six states, were in attendance at the first reunion of descendants of -Walter and Ellen Maria Child Wheeler, Saturday, at Park Ro She. Mrs. Blaine (Cap tola) Murdock was the chairman. Among those from out of town, were Mrs. Matilda Sanford of Paul, Idaho; Mrs. Joe Blue of Las Vegas, Nev.; both daughters daugh-ters as are Mrs. Ella Reynolds and Mrs. A. W. (Hilda) Cher-rington Cher-rington of Springville. Among grandchildren from out of the state were family members of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Cherring-ton, Cherring-ton, coming from Arizona, Idaho Ida-ho and Nebraska; also Bud Sanford and wife of Quincey, Washington. Anderson and her daughter, Betty Lou Diamond, attended a reunion of descendants descend-ants of Cap. Nelson Higgens, Saturday, in Taylorsville Lions Park, Salt Lake.
