Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to Exchange and Change water in Utah County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. Right of Exchange No. 181 Lee Rock Products Inc., co Clinton Lee, 334 East 4750 North, Provo, Ut., seeks a right to exchange a maximum of 211 of the Hugh L. Syme Water Right, Provo River Decree, De-cree, Case No. 2888 Civil, par. 22 (m), p. 20, evidenced by purchase of the 211 of the said right for .220 sec.-ft., Duty 50, from May 10 to June 20, .200 sec.-ft., Duty 55, from June 20 to July 20, .175 sec.-ft., Duty 63, from July 20 to Sept. 1, .157 sec.-ft, Duty 70, from Sept. 1 to May 10. The water has been diverted from the Provo River at a point S. 1944 ft. and E. 511 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 25 T6S, R2E, being the diversion works of the Lake Bottom Canal, and used during the above stated periods for the irrigation of 2 acres and for stockwatering and domestic do-mestic purposes, all in SE-NW14 SE-NW14 Sec. 36, T6S, R2E. , Hereafter the 211 of the above stated water right is to be left in the Provo River and in lieu thereof a like amount of water is to be diverted from the Provo River at a point S. ; 55 deg. 45' W. 1104 ft. from WVi Cor. Sec. 5, T6S, R3E, conveyed con-veyed by pipeline and used in the amounts and during the periods as heretofore for the washing of gravel in ESE Sec. 6, T6S, R3E. After being used, any nonconsumed water is to be returned to the Provo River at a point N. 89 deg. 42' W. 2502.08 ft. and N. 910 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 6, T6S, R3E. a-4732 Lenard Harward, 664 South 2nd East, Springville, Spring-ville, Ut., purposes to change the point of diversion of .015 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Appl. No. 21677 (51-1218) as amended by Change App. No. a-4419. The water was to have been diverted from a 2-in. well 144 ft. deep at a point S. 1505 ft. and E.. 30 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 31, T7S, R3E, and used year rpund for the stock-watering stock-watering of 300 head of cattle and 10 horses. Hereafter the .015 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from either or both of two wells as follows: No. 1, same as heretofore, hereto-fore, and No. 2 from a 2-in. well from 100 to 300 ft. deep '. at a point S. 1505 ft. and W. - 420 ft. from N Cor. Sec. 31, T7S. R3E. The water is to be used the same as heretofore in SE"4NWyt, SW&NEM, Sec. - 31, T7S, R3E. r Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of any of the above appli- cations with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before December 18, 1965.
