Show Public invited to Great Books Festival events Mark Twain's short story, "The Man Who Corrupted Had-leyburg" Had-leyburg" has been chosen by the committee for the "Great Books Festival Evening," to be held Tuesday night, January 21, at 7:00 p.m. in the Provo Utilities Building. If you love books, good stories, discussion from both a social and literary standpoint, you are invited. The function is sponsored by all of the Adult Education organizations or-ganizations of Utah Counts and is an outgrowth of the groups who have been enjoying Great Books discussions for the past few years. Each person per-son or couple is asked to bring a pot luck dish and your own eating equipment to participate in the 7:00 p.m supper that will precede the discussion of the .controversial story. Dr. Alton Hadlock of the University of Utah will be the guest discussion leader for the evening. Paper-back copies are available at many places' in the valley for the pre-reading of the story which is necessary for greatest enjoyment. Whether Wheth-er you have attended previously previous-ly is not necessary. This i!$ a single function with no further obligations. The general public is invited.
