Show County canning crop growers schedule annual short course All canning crop growers in Utah County are invited to attend at-tend the 25th Annual Short-course Short-course for Canning Crons Growers and canner field men which will be conducted in Ogden, Og-den, Utah, at Hotel Ben Lomond Lo-mond on January 10 and 11. It is important that all people in the area growing canning crops attend this annual meeting, meet-ing, since at this meeting they will receive the latest information informa-tion on canning crops. A special item which will be discussed will be "Harvesting by Mechanical Equipment" in peas, lima beans, corn, and Use and It's Application" will also be discussed and there will be several other items which will be of vital importance to all those who are growing canning crops in the area. All meetings will be held at the Ben Lomond Hotel and it is very important that all canning can-ning crops growers in Utah County attend. County Agents, Robert Hassell and Joel Barlow Bar-low will be attending. Any growers of the area who would like to go to Ogden with the Agents should call the Extension Exten-sion Office, 373-5510, Ext. 56. |
