Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-12114 (71-3444) Escalante Farms, care of Robert Holt, Beryl, UT proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 20.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 14642, Cert. 4678 (71-1906). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, at a point S. 225 ft. W. 290 Ft. W. 290 Ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 32, T36S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 5.0 acs. in SEUSEc. 29.T36S, R16W Hereafter, 20.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well, 300-500 300-500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1320 ft. W. 1320 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 1, T35S, R18W (6 mi E. of Modena) ; and used same as heretofore. a-12162 (71-2633) Kerry L. & DeAnn Holt, Box 184, Enterprise, UT proposes to change the point of diversion of 580.2 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 16416, Ch. Appl. a-9501 a-9501 (71-2633), Appl. 16420, Ch.Sppl.a-9502 (71-2938). (71-2938). The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 298 ft. deep, at a point N. 30 ft. W. 2330 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 16, T36S, R16W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 145.05 acs. in NV2NV2 Sec. 16, T36S, R16W. Hereafter, 580.2 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-inch well, 500 ft. deep, at a point S. 1310 ft. E. 350 ft. from NWCor. Sec. 16, T36S, R16W (3 mi S. of Beryl Jet.); and used same as heretofore. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with, reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 1636 W. North Temple, SLC, UT 84116, on or before April 17, 1982.
