Show Ballet coming to Cedar for everyone to enjoy Ballet and the Pacific i Northwest Ballet. The American Festival Ballet offers its audiences a full range of ballet from traditional selections like "The Firebird" and "A Midsummer Mid-summer Night's Dream," to the contemporary con-temporary neoclassical neo-classical works of "Rituals" and "Song of the Earth." Also popular are the company's Americana pieces "The Rainmaker" and "Salute to Sousa," which are based on American themes and music. Every Christmas season, audiences are further entertained with the company's production produc-tion of "The Nutcracker," Nut-cracker," which has become an American Festival Ballet tradition. CEDAR CITY - The American Festival Ballet, one of Northwest America's leading dance companies, . will be performing for the Music Arts series March 24 at 8 p.m. at the Cedar High School Auditorium. Artistic Director Steven Wistrich, a former dancer with the renowned Stuttgart Ballet, said that he demands the utmost from each performer.
