Show Summer swim looks inviting Would you like to learn to swim? How about learning to swim a little better, or learning how to dive, or even water ballet. Or how would you like to go into the pool with your toddler as he learns to swim? Interested? Well then, the swimming swim-ming lessons starting up Monday at the Cedar City swimming pool, located at the new Middle School, are just for you. The classes will run every weekday for two weeks, with registration the Friday before classes begin. Registration for the first series is tomorrow, with classes beginning Monday, said Pool Manager Dick Coston. Registration can be completed at the front desk of the pool anytime Friday. The' last class series will begin Aug. 7. The classes will last half f. an hour each day. Openings are available between 9 a.m. and noon, except for the adult class, which meets from 8:30 to 9 a.m. Times can be decided upon at registration. Cost is $6 for the ten lessons. Classes offered include in-clude ' "Mommy and Me," for mothers and their young toddlers; "Little Beginners, from about three-years-old to six; beginners; advanced beginners; intermediate; diving; water ballet and adult. |
