The next thing this cowboy knew, he was riding a large sagebrush sage-brush and the colt was halfway half-way down the road. Is that the way it was Lee Whitlock? Millard County Sheriff Ed Phillips and DeputySteve Allred dropped in for a howdy At least Ed keeps his promises prom-ises to come out every month. But those Commissioners. Commis-sioners. Phil Heckethorn missed that elk he was after in Colorado. He and Monica went over to try, but as Phil fired, the thing moved the wrong way. Steve and Connie Harton and Dean and Vee Cannon were here for the weekend to try once again for the deer they missed last week. Again, no luck. Maybe next year will be theirs. My Aunt Ida and Uncle Cee Panther of Cedar Rapids Iowa, arrived in time to go out on the deer hunt too. The good deed gold star on the forehead goes to Fred Pannunzio. He is a very nice fellow and does nice things too. I would like to announce the coming together of two of our lovely people. Elko was the place, Thursday was the day and the couple was Denys Parea and Dean Baker. Our very best goes to them. Remember - there's one good thing about people who ignore you - they don't rive you any bad advice. |
