Recorder Lessing presented pre-sented to the Council a Time -Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 payable . to Howard or Lavern Brad- shaw or Beaver City. This Bond was to guarantee the completion of the sidewalks in the Howard BradshawSub-division.lt BradshawSub-division.lt was the consensus of the Council there is 1,120.00 lineal feet of sidewalk side-walk at $6.00 per foot for a. total of $6,720.00. Mr. Brad-shaw Brad-shaw should be informed the bond should be in the amount of $6,720.00. City Manager Baker presented pre-sented Mr. Clell Edwards case for Sewer service at , property along the frontage road South of the Standard Station. It was the consensus of the Council that Sewer Service could be advertised as available for this property but the type and size of business busi-ness would have to be reviewed re-viewed by the City Council prior to issuance of a perm it to connect to the Sewer. City Manager Baker re-, re-, ported Durrell Yardley would like to connect to the City Sewer System. The place of connection is at a point where the Sewer Main has been extended entirely at Ray Keslers cost. After discussion dis-cussion Councilman Wille-sen Wille-sen moved, Councilman Kesler 2nd upon receipt of written permission from Ray Kesler,Durrell Yardley be allowed to connect to the Sewer System. Mr. Yardley must pay the standard Outside Out-side the City connection fees. All voted in favor of the motion.
