Show uonna corey ana kias along with grandmother Gen Richardson drove to California Califor-nia to visit a few days with Chuck Richardson and his family. Had a nice time and purchased lots of things. Owen Gonder was giving wife Pat a real bad time on the 5th about sending in for sight -un -seen seats for the circus. But as usual, the wife won out. The "Best seats" in the house, 10 rows back and right in the center section. The kids (Owen included) in-cluded) had a wonderful time but missed some things as everything was moving right along. The school children were out of school for two days so they had a bake sale.This I project is to help raise money for their field trip. They had two places set up. ! One here in Garrison, and i one over in Baker. They took In $200 for the pot, while all the goodies gave us a pot. Monday the 12th at around 2 AMMargy Wheeler arrived in the James and Pam Wheeler family. Mother and daughter are doing fine. The other children are waiting for them to hurry and come home. n. . Larry Haskell and family and friends stopped for a few hours, while they stopped and worked on one of the trucks. Am lee will be five on November Nov-ember 28th. This I know as she told me so. What a treasure she is. Gen Richardson was host to brother Harry Miller of Brigham City. He was down for the deer hunt. At our house, Dean and Vee Cannon and daughter Connie Harton, Deanne and Guy Knudsen and son-in-law Rulon Swenson. Friends Mabel and Henry Atkinson and grandson Rick. The young folk got a two and three and four point bucks. The older generation are still out trying their luck. Also, Chuck Johson, with brother-in-law Les and Max Kendall were also here for the hunt. Von Rowley had his house full of happy hunters. Austin and Arvilla Williams Wil-liams were in Delta to visit granddaughter Cheryl Stan-worth Stan-worth and family. Owen and Pat Gonder and kids are on their deer camp -out. Two new families at the Church Farm. Steve and Susan Munson and the Curtis's. Welcome to our lovely Valley. It really snowed Thursday night. The six Inches of snow here and eight inches on Highway 6 and 50. It was so wet and heavy that the trees just broke under the weight. The leaves are still on the trees, so we now have lots of early trimming to do. Remember It Is better to be short of cash than short of character. |
