They discussed hiring of a City Manager. A letter from the Utah Geological Survey offered help in developing a water policy. They were invited to attend a joint meeting October 26, with the Water Policy Committee and City Council, at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. On a motion by Swain the Council approved selling a commercial hookup fee for a two inch water hookup at $1,000. Residential hookups are limited to a three-quarter inch line and commercial commer-cial hookups of three-quarter three-quarter Inch lines will remain re-main at $500. It was noted that a public hearing to consider a variance vari-ance for Bonnie Hardy to place a Beauty shop in her home has been set for Monday, Mon-day, November 2, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers.
