Yeah, we gave up , on starting from scratch, takes too much time, and it's just as good. But now all the family is gone and It takes the ol' Redhead Red-head all winter to finish off a batch of chill. It's either that or invite the whole neighborhood. Recently my youngest son asked for my chill recipe. So here it Is: 3-4 lbs. lean hamburger 8 303 cans Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes . 1 large can Tomatoe Juice (24 OZO 8 303 cans S & W Red Kidney Beans 1 large can chill powder 2 large cans flaked onion 1 large can parsley flakes Anise to taste Oregano to taste 12 tsp. salt to taste 1 T. paprika 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper Water Brown hamburger in 16 quart pot using cup of water. Just break hamburger up in 1-2 inch chunks with spatula. spatu-la. Add salt, tomatoes, to- Whoopee!
