Show Vegas for a meeting. Newell and Theo Marshall had a house full of children and grandchildren over the weekend. Marshall and Nellie Hol-lingshead Hol-lingshead are happy to tell us that their son, Neal, was made Bishop of the Monroe Mon-roe Ward. Mr. andMrs.DelmerGray drove to St. George to attend at-tend a farewell for Mr. and Mrs. Gam Eyre. Garn is a resident of Minersville, and is the son of the late Joe Eyre. A bridal shower was held in honor of Lisa Eyre, who will be married next month. Lisa is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Eyre. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Pryor, and family, of Salt Lake, spent the weekend with their parents Mr. and Mrs. Grant Pryor. Grant has been in the Beaver hospital, but is now home and doing well. Pam McMullin was elected elect-ed to the Milford Valley Hospital board. Saturday the residents of Minersville went in all directions. di-rections. Many of the grade school boys and girls and their parents went to Fillmore Fill-more to wrestle, under the direction of Rodney Carter. Car-ter. The older church men went to Richfield to play basketball, and the younger men went to St. -George. Mr. and Mrs." Clinton Thompson have both been in the Beaver Hospitalj but are home hoping for a speedy recovery. Mrs. NetFle Myers is home after spending two months in California and Las Vegas. Lori Williams and Dan Puffer were married Saturday Satur-day February 21, in the brides home in Minersville. A wedding dinner was enjoyed en-joyed by all the guests. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Williams, of Minersville. The Bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Puffer Puf-fer Jr., of North Creek. Out of town guests were Mr. and Mrs. Ron Turner, and children, of Las Vegas; Mr. and Mrs. Doug Turner, Wilma Davis - 386-2211, The Senior Citizens held their monthly party at the Fairgrounds under the direction di-rection of Mrs. Vera Carter. Car-ter. The evening was enjoyed enjoy-ed by all. Bingo and Pool were played. Mr. and. Mrs. Doug Blackburn Black-burn went by Amtrak to Las Vegas, where they visited their daughter, Mr.andMrs. Russell Muir, and Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Christensen, of Billings.
