Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS , The following application applica-tion has been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Beaver County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. a-10517 (71-2505) Sul-phurdale Sul-phurdale Chemical Co., Beaver, Ut proposes to correct cor-rect the point of diversion of .89 sec. ft. out of a total of 2 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by A -33246. The water was to have been di- verted from a 12 -inch well, 400 ft. deep, at a point N. 2640 ft., E. 660 ft. from SW Cor., Sec. 7, T26S,R6W; and used for the domestic purposes of 10 persons, and for mining sulphur ores in Gordon Mining District, in W 12 Sec. 7. T26S, R6W. . Hereafter, .89 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 12 -Inch well, 608 ft. deep, at a point S. 600 ft., E. 350 ft. from NW Cor., Sec. 12, T26S, R6W; and used for mining sulphur ores In Gordon Gor-don Mining District, in W 12 Sec. 7, T26S, R6W. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reason therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 231 E. 400 S., Salt Lake City, Utah 84111, on or before May 26, 1979.
