Jeff and Marie Marshall took Marie's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Hutchings to a Chinese dinner May 21st to celebrate Glen's 84th birthday. Also in attendance were Glen and ToddMarshall and Nola Cartwrlght of Beaver. Bea-ver. Glen and Marie Marshall went to BerylSunday to bring Evelyn Keener home for the summer. The Limb family prepared a lovely picnic lunch and then they all went to Sacrament meeting in New Castle. Marie Marshall was happy to have her nephew Gary Hutchings, stay at her home Saturday night. Gary is the grandson of Fern Dotson Church, and is employed by the Federal Land Bank and is living in Provo now. Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Mathews Math-ews and family of Riverton, Utah visited here Sunday with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Don Man-gum Man-gum and daughters, Kaye and Jane, of Cannon ville, Utah, Mr. and Mrs. CliffordMath-ews, CliffordMath-ews, Cedar City, andMr.and Mrs. John Mathews and chil -dren of Page, Arizona were here Memorial Day visiting. Mrs. Aletha Gillins returned re-turned home Saturday after spending two weeks at Mid-vale. Mid-vale. Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Clif-ford Terry and son, Doug of Midvale brought her home and stayed for Memorial Day. Mr. and Mrs. GeraldNow-ers, GeraldNow-ers, andMrs.GregSmithand baby, Amanda, of Beaver were in town on Memorial Day and called on relatives. Mrs. Mary Ann Gillins and her son Rodney, and daugh-ers, daugh-ers, Linda, Laurie and Carolyn of Kearns, Utah visited vis-ited over the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. James A. Glenn from Kearns spent the weekend with Noel and Dorothy Dor-othy Wood. Ellen Wood returned re-turned with them and went on to stay with her sister, Valerie Short, in Mt. Home, Idaho. Visitors at the Dalton Fails home onMemorialDay were Janet andMarion Walker Walk-er and Virginia Grimes of Milford, Dick and Paula Walker and three girls of Cedar, Elma and Stan Harris, Har-ris, and son and wife of Panaca and Ray and Connie Fails and three sons, and Judy Erickson and Doug and children of Beaver, and Bob and Ellen Gillins of Granger. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Banks spent Memorial Day weekend with his mother, Mrs. Ar-mice Ar-mice Banks. Mr. and Mrs. George Young also visited them. Mrs. Lola Bonn has returned re-turned home after spending some time with her daughter, Mrs. La Ru Jones, from Ore gon. Kurt, Jerome Bonn ana daughter brought her home. Mr. and Mrs. Harley English Eng-lish from Bingham spent Memorial Day with Mr. and Mrs. Lester Roberts. Mr. and Mrs. Jay Pryor and family spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Pryor. Kent and Sherry Myers have moved back to Cedar after spending the winter in Arizona. He also spent the weekend with his mother, Mrs. Gladys Myers, in Min-ersville. Min-ersville. Rem a and Earl Limb came home for the weekend. They have been in Vernal, Utah helping their son, Kent. Richard Albrecht had an emergency operation for appendicitis. ap-pendicitis. Also there were Mr. and Mrs. Ray Messinger, Escondio, California. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Hor ding and family from Cedar City spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Hol-lingshead. Hol-lingshead. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Carter Car-ter and Mr. and Mrs. Ronnie Ron-nie Carter traveled to Denver Den-ver to enjoy the horse races. Mr. and Mrs. Lee Tayler and family went to Orem and La von to show off their new 4-wheel drive and visit their families. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Guy- mon from St. George visited at their brothers homes, Mr. and Mrs. Darwin Marshall and Mr. and Mrs. Newell Marshall. Last Friday night a wedding wed-ding party was held for Mr. and Mrs. Bart Hollingshead at the recreation hall. Many friends and relatives were here in honor of them . Bart is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Hollingshead, formerly former-ly of Minersville, but now living in Spanish Fork. J Mrs. Colleen Farnow and i Mrs. Lois Pearson were dinner din-ner guests at Mrs. Nettie Myers' Sunday. Bishop and Mrs. Ross Marshall have a beautiful new car, that they bought ! in Denver. ' Mr. and Mrs. Howard Marshall came down for a ! few days over the holiday to visit family. Mrs. Effie Marshall spent J a few days in Salt Lake visiting vis-iting her children. At the home of Christy and Blain Bobneir were all of their families who came to see them married. Bishop Bish-op Ross Marshall conducted the ceremony in the Relief Society Hall Saturday, May 27th. JackMcMullin gave the prayer, Lee Marshall sanga song, and Eleanor Marshall played the Wedding March. Mr. and Mrs. Clark Davis and fam ily spent the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Dot-son Dot-son traveled to Idaho and picked up their daguther, Mrs. Fay Price and children, and brought them home to ( spend a week.
