Bernice and her daughter, Cindy, and Charlie Sills returned re-turned this week from New Jersey, where they spent two weeks visiting relatives. Mr. and Mrs. George Hudson Hud-son are in Overton, Nevada for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Murdock, Provo spent two days visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Dan Miles. The Mur-docks Mur-docks were on their way home from California. Mrs. Murdock is Becky's sister. Visitors at the home oJ Mrs. Lorette Thompson the past week were Mr. and Mrs. Elden Reese and son, Mrs. Blanche Fullerton all of Cedar Ced-ar City, and Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Carter from St. George. ' Mrs. Sandy Barton was taken to Salt Lake in an am -bulance last week to the LDS Hospital. She had been in the Milford hospital for several days. It was found she had gall stones and was operated operat-ed on Monday. Kenneth Barton, Bar-ton, her husband, left Saturday Sat-urday to be with her. Faye Fordham was in Cedar City Monday for medical med-ical aid. Tom and Becky Bartlett and children left for Phoenix, Phoe-nix, Arizona Sunday, where they will visit Tom's parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester Bartlett for a week. Cullen and Mary Ann Williams Wil-liams were in Escalante over the weekend where their horse ran in the races. Arthur Blackner accompanied accom-panied his daughter, LaRee, and husband, Max Stewart,' to Orem for the weekend. The son of Mr. and Mrs. David Stewart was blessed there Sunday.". Clarence and Doris Hutchison Hutch-ison left for Salt Lake early Monday morning to be with their daughter, Sandy, while she was operated on. Eugina Hutchison, a sister of Sandy's, is caring for the four children. Jim Fordham spent several sev-eral days here helpingRalph and Faye Fordham on their house. Jim was one of the 450 men laid off from the Kennecott McGill mine. Sheldon and Rita Jessup are first time grandparents. A baby boy was born to their 1 daughter, Nlta, and her husband hus-band last Tuesday. On Thursday Rita left for Provo to help for a week. Mrs. Beaulah Farnsworth was in Provo over the weekend week-end visiting her family. King and Donna Morris were inProvoSaturdayhelp-ing inProvoSaturdayhelp-ing their foster son, Gil Bi-cenete, Bi-cenete, his wife, and their baby move to Greenville. Gil just graduated from BYU and will be working for the Forest Service this summer. On Sunday King and Gil went back to finish moving their furniture down.
