Show of County Commissioners of the County of Beaver ordains or-dains as follows: SECTION 1. Paragraph 14-3 of the Zoning Ordinance of Beaver County, specifing the conditional uses permitted permit-ted in the M-U Multiple Use District, is hereby amended to add to such conditional uses the following: Plants for the production of electricity, elec-tricity, powered by whatever power source is available. SECTION 2. This ordinance ordin-ance shall become effective 15 days after its adoption. Adopted this 6th day of April, 1978. Howard J. ORDINANCE NO. 137 AN ORDINANCE AM ENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH WHEREAS the County Planning Commission of Beaver County, Utah, having recommended to the Board of County Commissioners of said County that the Zoning Ordinance of Beaver County be amended as hereinafter set forth. And whereas the said Board of County Commissioners, Commis-sioners, on the 6th day of April, 1978, having held a public hear ing on the question of whether or not the amendment amend-ment recommended should be made; And whereas the amendment amend-ment of the said Zoning Ordinance, Or-dinance, as hereinafter set forth, is in the Interest of establishing and maintaining maintain-ing sound, stable and desirable de-sirable development within the County, is in the interest inter-est of the public and will promote the objectives and purposes of Zoning Ordinance Ordin-ance of Beaver County.
