Garland Tait returned return-ed home recently from amission amis-sion for the LDS Church in La Paz, Bolivia. Out of town relatives who gathered at Verda's home Sunday included: includ-ed: Doug and Cindy Tait, Karen and Wayne Patterson, Mr. and Mrs. , Orville Leavitt and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Sullivan, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Bracken, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Banks and family (son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Banks of Milford), Mr. andMrs.Durlin Murray, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Banks and family, Mr. and Mrs. Ferrol Tait and family, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Alger and family, andMr.andMrs.Bill Wilbur. The Dale Jones family came from Lehi to spend the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Dave Robbins andfamily, and -to hear Garland Tait's homecoming home-coming talk Sunday in the Milford LDS Chapel. Challenging games, a baby -raising booklet, and de -liciously fattening refreshments refresh-ments were just part of the fun at Ginger Fuller's baby shower Wed., January 25th. Linda Addington and Terry Madsen hosted the party at Linda's home. Guests included: in-cluded: Essie Thompson, Velma Patterson, Justine Heath, Sylvia Ann Bradshaw, Susan Christiansen, Jo Ellen Thurman, Connie Puffer, Jeri Lounsbury, and Maria Florence. Mrs. Sadi Griff iths has re -turned home after spending several months in Arizona with a son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Griffiths and family. Little Miss Jennifer Hardy celebrated her third birthday last Saturday with many friends and relatives. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ru-lon Ru-lon Hardy, supervised the party. There were several birthdays birth-days celebrated by the Mc-Culley Mc-Culley clan last week, and they got together at C harlie McCulley's home for their traditional birthday dinner. Those attending included: in-cluded: Dianne and Charles McCulley, Walt and Mary McCulley, Gilbert and Leora McCulley, Betty and Mitch Baxter and their two children, chil-dren, and Irene Posey. Birthday honors went to Charlie, Mary, Gilbert, and Don Young, ! who was ill at home. The Mitch Fishers enjoyed having Rob and Rhonda Fisher and baby, Kris, down from Provo over the weekend. Irene Stewart and her granddaughter, Cindy Jimenez, Jim-enez, drove to Kearns to visit Irene's son, James, and another an-other son, Lewis, and his family. Then they went to West Jordan to visit Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Stewart and their sons, Sheldon and Bryan. From there they traveled to Hunter to see Mr. and Mrs. Ramon Serna and Chad and Carlos. Mrs. Colleen Sharett and her daughter, Kathleen, came from Brigham City to visit Irene and see the darling animal plaques she makes. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Patterson, Pat-terson, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rose, and Mrs. Clyde Griffiths Grif-fiths attended the funeral of their cousin, Earl Patterson, recently in Beaver. The Lovell Cranes were joined by Ross and Velma Patterson Friday on a trip to St. George. The Crane's .ion, Robert, refereed the Dixie vs. Utah Trade Tech basketball game. |
