Frank "Fee" Busby, Utah State University Extension range specialist, said that recent rains have been most welcome; but the critical situation sit-uation is not over yet. Because Be-cause of the rain, on many of the ranges there will be lots of feed at the early part of the summer. But as yet there hasn't been enough rain to recharge thesoil enough to continue flow of springs for the entire summer. |
