Phone (801) STATE FAIR ENTRIES ARE DUE ON AUGUST 27 Horses, cattle, swine, sheep, rabbits, poultry, pigeons, pi-geons, and 4-H and FFA livestock intries in Utah State Fair competition are due August 27th, Fair Director Di-rector Hugh C. Bringhurst announced. "Early entries to avoid last -minute rushes are encouraged," Bringhurst Bring-hurst said. Supervisors in these categories cate-gories include: DavidCamo-mile, DavidCamo-mile, Salt Lake City, poultry poul-try and pigeons; Melvin Stuart, Syracuse, rabbits; Mel Hudman, Springville, beef, dairy cattle, sheep and swine; and Al Johnson, Salt Lake City, horses. Kay Ben-dixsen Ben-dixsen and William J.Barnes of Salt Lake City and Gerald Ger-ald R. Olsen, Logan, will supervise the 4-H and FFA entries. The Junior Livestock Auction Auc-tion will be held Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. at the Utah State F air grounds . Bringhurst added, "this year's auction promises to be lively and full of action."
