Fred is formerly from the'uinta National Forest but will be transferring from the DeSoto National Forest in Mississippi. The Richfield Ranger District is filling a minerals position with Tex Williams, a Wildlife Biologist from the Winema National Forest, Chiloquin, Oregon. Both Fred and Tex will Start in their new positions August 16.
