There will be no special registration of voters for such election and the official register last made or revised re-vised shall constitute the register for such election, except that the County Clerk of Beaver County will register regis-ter at his office during regular reg-ular office hours, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays holi-days and except during the ten-day period immediately preceding the bond election, any person who on the day of election will be a qualified quali-fied elector and will register such persons as provided by law and, Inasmuch as the said election will be held on the same day as the general election to be held in the City on November 4, 1975, all persons registered to vote in said general election shall be considered registered to vote in said bond election.
