Show M - I HERITAGE COOKBOOK: Mrs. James L. Ellsworth, Vice President of the Junior League of Salt Lake City, presented pre-sented Mrs. Calvin Rampton with Utah's officially designated desig-nated Bicentennial cookbook. The Heritage Cookbook features a collection of recipes both old and new, including includ-ing exotic and unusual ethnic recipes plus a special children's section. Members of the Junior League of Salt Lake City, Inc., a community conscious volunteer organization, have personally home tested, rated and considered the 565 recipes submitted by some of Utah's foremost cooks and personalities, including Dan Valen- ; tine, Bonnie Lake, Lucybeth Rampton, Lucy Abravanel -and Jackie Nokes. ; All publication costs have been met by the Junior League of Salt Lake and all profits realized will be re- turned to the community through the League's Commun- -ity Trust Fund. The book is available through the Junior . League Flea Market, 444 East 2nd South, Salt Lake City, -from League members and in many locations throughout the state, at a cost of $6.20 including postage. .' i |
