Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Earth Sciences, Inc., Highway 93 North, Golden, Colorado 80401, has filed with the State Engineer Appl. No. 43362 ("69-61) to appropriate appro-priate 45.0 sec. ft. of water in Beaver County. The water is to be diverted from fifty 16 to 24-inch wells, 1200-2200 1200-2200 ft. deep; in the following: follow-ing: Sees. 1-5, 9-12, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 27 and 35, all T28S, R14W; and Sees. 22, 27, 28, 33-36, T27S, R14W, all SLB&M; from Jan 1 to Dec. 31 for mining purposes in an unorganized mining district where alunite will be mined and used for the domestic purposes of 6600 persons and used for metallurgical metal-lurgical processing of alunite alu-nite and phosphate ore to produce alumina, potassium sulfate and phosphate fertilizer ferti-lizer in E 12 Sec. 14; NW 14 Sec. 13, SW 14 Sec. 12, all T29S, R15W, SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 1, 1974.
