Show Mrs. Nannette Leishman and Stefani of Bountiful, Utah were in Milford a few days with her parents Mr. and Mrs. John Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Emerson Williams of Nucla, Colorado Colora-do and Mr. and Mrs. John Hardy of Grand Junction, Colorado were visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Whiteside. Mrs. Naomi Hughes went to market in Salt Lake City, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. McKay Mc-Kay of Arizona and Boise, Idaho were guests In the home of Mrs. Olive Root for a week recently. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson Thomp-son and Ben and VeraCooper spent several days In Salt Lake City with Mr. and Mrs. Leland Thompson and in Tooele, Utah with Mr. and Mrs. Val Thompson. Mrs. Irene Stewart and James attended the wedding of her grandson in the Salt Lake Temple last week. The happy couple beingmar-ried beingmar-ried was Judee James and Dennis Stewart, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Stewart of Kearns, Utah. Attending the reception Thursday evening with Mrs. Stewart was Mrs. Betty Jiminez and children, Linda, LuAnn, Cindy, Larry, Bob and Rana Osborne. Mrs. F ranees Smithson has returned to her home in Milford after spending several sev-eral months in Nevada City, California helping to care for her daughter, Barbara (Jefferson) Peterson. Mrs. Smithson reports that Barbara Bar-bara is much improved now. Mrs. , Lucille Root has entered the Milford Memorial Me-morial Valley Hospital. Mr. Delmer Kirk is home convalesing after a recent heart attack. Mrs. Clotiel Gould is spending a few weeks in her home in Milford. She is visiting family and friends and her new great -grandson, Jonathan Whittaker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Whittaker. Whit-taker. Mr. and Mrs. Linus Lep-pink, Lep-pink, Cindy and Lenny of Salt Lake City were here for a weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Ben Leppink and Mr. and Mrs. Theman Walker. Mr. and Mrs. John Leppink Lep-pink of Richfield, visited several days in the homes of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Young and Mr. and Mrs. Ben Leppink. Lep-pink. Mr. and Mrs. Leon Evans and family of Salt Lake City were recent visitors of Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Brink-man. Brink-man. A guest in the home of Mrs. Ethel Mclntyre for two weeks was her sisier-in-law, Mrs. M. W. Harris -of Scotland. Utah last week. Mr. and Mrs. Alan Jones and daughters are in Milford visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Jones. Alan was recently discharged from the U. S. Army where he was stationed in Germany. Among the twenty -two guests at the Jones home enjoying enjoy-ing a family dinner Sunday, March 24 were Joe and Connie Puffer and family of Boulder City, Nev. who were weekend visitors of Mr. and Mrs. R. L. Jones. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Tom-sik Tom-sik and children of Salt Lake City were here recently for a weekend visit with his parents; Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ro-bert Tomsik. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Walker and Christine of Cedar City were guests at Mr. and Mrs. Marion Walker Walk-er Sunday. They were here for the birthdav dinner of Janet Walker. That evening Janet and Marion Walker were guests of their son, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Walker, at the Town and Country restuarant in Cedar City. Janet Ann 'Moore and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Root and Richard of Provo and Salt Lake City were down to attend the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Rim-pau Rim-pau and visit Mrs. Olive Root for the weekend, ' Mr. and Mrs. H. L. Tol-ley Tol-ley recently returned from Arizona and a couple of months vacation. |
