Mr. John Rowley, architect, met with the commission and gave a report on the study he made of the structure. The report re-port showed the building is sound and if renovated would last for an indefinite time at a cost of $152,000. If the Historical Histor-ical Society put up 50 percent of the cost as they have sug-gesed, sug-gesed, the county's share would be $76,000.
