Mr. Ern Myers a.nd Mr. and Mrs. Os Myers are in Oregon helping their sons, Eddie Myers My-ers and Ronald Myers clean up damages from the high wind storms. Mr. and Mrs. Lou Griffiths had as visitors over the weekend, week-end, their daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Allen Davidson of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Mitch Myers and family of Delta spent the weekend visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Van . Myers and Mr. and Mrs. James Eyre. A Pink and Blue shower was held in honor of Mrs. Jean Edwards Ed-wards at the home of Margaret Williams. Hostesses were, Mrs. Linda Eyre, Mrs. Janet Oakden and Mrs. Williams. Prizes were won by Mrs. Linda Black, Mrs. Darla Johnston, Mrs. Susann Dalton and Mrs. Judy Edwards. Many lovely gifts were received receiv-ed and tasty refreshments were served to the guests. mm '-viiMg I rra. Florence Wood 368-2061 Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fails and two children of Orem visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Fails over the weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Ashal Evans are in San Diego, Calif, caring for their daughter, Mrs. Rayma Strong who recently underwent surgery. A surprize party was held January 30th in honor of Lyla Truman on her 15th birthday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Karl Truman. The evening was spent playing games, after which refreshments refresh-ments were served to classmates class-mates and friends. School elections were held Friday, January 29th. Those elected were; Denise Wood -President, Dean Eyre - Vice President, Lacy Marshall - Secretary Sec-retary and Dale Craw - Treasurer. Treas-urer. These students were elected elec-ted by the student body to head the student council for the rest of the school year. Mr. Howard Pryor spent last week in Calilor.nia. He visited his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pryor in Hollister, Calif, and helped them celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary. He also visited his son and family Mr. and Mrs. Dayid Pryor in San Francisco, Calif. Mr. Scott Pearson has taken over the management of the K. and R. Service Station. Julie Griffiths daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Griffiths celebrated her 12th birthday on Jan. 29. Todd McMullin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jack McMullin suffered suf-fered head lacerations when he was thrown from a horse. Mr. and Mrs. Neal Carter and sons of St. George syent the weekend with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Newell Carter. Mrs. Leah Ruth Hollingshead and children of Delta visited over the weekend with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Leland Dalton. Dal-ton. Reed and Debbie Carter are the parents of a baby girl born in Beaver. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Sheral Carter, Minersville and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lee of Beaver.
